Director of S-Two Property Services, bringing over 10 years of experience in project and environmental management, with a focus on property and infrastructure maintenance. He has extensive expertise in sewerage systems, wastewater treatment works, drainage, and general building infrastructure across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Safwaan oversees both preventative and reactive maintenance, contractor management, and ensures compliance with environmental and municipal regulations. He is also a licensed RPAS (drone) pilot, using aerial technology to conduct efficient, safe, and cost-effective property inspections.
With a practical, solutions-driven approach, Safwaan is committed to reliable service delivery, asset protection, and long-term property performance.

Director - Facilities and Property Manager
Shamiel Abrahams is a senior facilities and property management professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the built environment. He brings extensive expertise in facilities management, maintenance planning, project delivery, procurement, and contractor oversight across residential, commercial, and institutional property portfolios.
Throughout his career, Shamiel has led multi-site operations, managed planned and reactive maintenance programmes, and overseen capital works within structured governance and compliance frameworks. His leadership is grounded in practical execution, risk management, and service continuity, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and operationally efficient.
